Nov. 7, 2014
Dear Parents,
Another week has gone by so quickly. I guess the busier you are the faster the time goes. The children have enjoyed the sunshine and the opportunity to play outside some of those days.
I can’t tell you how thankful I am to be back to school and be with the children. I missed them terribly and was bored to tears at home. I am on crutches and have to be careful, but at least I can be here ½ days.
Please practice the Christmas program parts that are being sent home today. Your child’s part is highlighted in yellow. Most of the children will be saying their part with other children We will begin practicing with our bells next week.
Thank you so much to everyone who has donated to Operation Christmas Child. The shoeboxes will be sent out next Saturday to begin their journey to deserving children. I am so thankful that our class is going to be able to help so many children celebrate Christmas this year. May God bless you for your willingness to give to those who are less fortunate
